How it works

We don't keep stock in a warehouse. When you order, we import your item directly from our suppliers in Turkey, China or Germany and deliver it to your door in Pakistan.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on every order in Pakistan. Nothing extra is charged after you place your order.

Delivery time

10–12 days on average, counted from the day your payment is confirmed. Customs or courier delays can occasionally add a few days — if that happens, we'll update you on WhatsApp.

Payment

Choose at checkout:

• Pay in full online by card — nothing to pay at the door.
• Pay a 30% booking amount online by card, and the remaining 70% in cash when your parcel arrives.

Your delivery timeline starts once your payment (full or booking amount) is confirmed.

Late delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 days of payment confirmation, you can request a full refund of what you've paid — see our Refund Policy.
